The hexagonal honeycomb filling section produced by our company has two forms: inclined tube and straight tube. There are three kinds of materials: polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and glass fiber reinforced plastic.

Inclined pipes are mainly used for various sedimentation and de-sanding. It is the most widely used and mature water treatment device in water supply and drainage engineering for more than ten years. It has the advantages of wide application range, high treatment effect, and small footprint. It is suitable for water inlet desanding, general industrial and domestic water supply precipitation, sewage precipitation, oil separation and tailings concentration treatment. It is not only suitable for new construction projects, but also suitable for the transformation of existing old pools, both of which can achieve good economic benefits.

◆Large wet circumference and small hydraulic radius.
◆The laminar flow state is good, and the particle settling is not disturbed by turbulent flow.
◆When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed according to 3-5t/m2●h. Vo is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, and the effluent quality is the best.
◆Fiberglass honeycomb inclined pipe is used at the water intake. When the pipe length is 2.0-3.0 meters, it can be safely operated and processed in the high turbidity of 50-100kg/m? mud and sand content.
◆Using inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of advection sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times of acceleration clarification tank and pulse clarification tank.

Straight pipes are mainly used for biological filters and high-load biological filters, tower biological filters, submerged biological filters (also known as contact oxidation tanks), and microbial carriers for biological turntables, for the biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage .

◆The treatment efficiency is higher than the activated sludge method, and the general hydraulic load is 100-200m/m2. ●The organic load is 2000-5000g/m' per day, so the area is reduced.
◆The aeration intensity is lower than the activated sludge method, and there is no need for sludge return, so it can reduce power consumption and simplify management.
◆The amount of sludge is small, which reduces the workload of post-processing such as sludge dewatering.
◆The sludge produced has good settling properties, which is conducive to the removal of suspended solids in the later stage.
◆Strong adaptability, can adapt to a wide range of different water quality, strong endurance to the sudden change of water quality and water volume, strong impact load, and maintain a stable treatment effect.
◆As long as the scientific operation management is carried out, and the sewage is discharged regularly, it will generally not cause blockage.
