BAF filter plate
The high-precision filter plate is cast by a vertical flat steel mold. The water-cement ratio, fine stone, and quartz sand are graded scientifically. The relevant national standards are strictly implemented. The opening ratio is calculated according to the design requirements. The ABS engineering plastic casing is embedded. Equipped with double-layer two-way high-quality threaded steel bars. It is made of high-grade cement, standard fine stone and quartz sand, which are mechanically stirred, tamped and poured. The horizontal error of the upper and lower sides of the filter plate is 2mm per square meter. The installation in the filter tank can achieve the high accuracy of the whole tank level error ≤ 5mm, and the four sides are neat and without warping, which ensures the uniformity of water and gas distribution in the biological aerated filter.
The product has two categories: split assembly filter plate and integral pouring filter plate.
The standard specifications of the split filter plate are 980 x 980 x 100mm and 960 x 960x 100mm (length x width x height), the standard size of the filter head is (6x3) pcs/m2, (6x6) pcs/m2, (7x7) pcs /m2, (7x8)/m2. At the same time, it can produce filter plates with thicknesses of 120mm and 150mm, with a filter head arrangement of 49 pieces/m2, and other special-shaped sizes can be manufactured according to requirements.
The integral filter plate is cast on-site, and the thickness can reach 150mm, 200mm, etc. The layout of the filter head per m is 49, 56, 64, etc. according to user needs.
