The heat storage ceramic ball has the advantages of high strength, wear resistance; high thermal conductivity and heat capacity, high heat storage efficiency; good thermal stability, and it is not easy to break when the temperature changes suddenly. It is especially suitable for the regenerators of air separation equipment and blast furnace gas heating furnaces in steel plants as heat storage fillers. Through double preheating of gas and air, the combustion temperature can quickly reach the requirements of steel rolling for heating billets.
